Family Trip to Hong Kong - Part 1,

Finally down to typing these after more than 6months!! I still have another trip's travelogue that's not up yet! T_T

Hong Kong x 杨mehmeh June 2016! I have a feeling that I can easily update all 7 days in one entry because I didn't take many photos during this trip!

And truth to be told, this trip was our first family trip in 17 years! We decided to go for a family trip because we haven't been able to do so as both my parents have to work daily to earn their incomes. No work, no income. Anyway, this was also a graduation trip for both my brother (1 year delayed) and I.

Oh, we flew via SIA because... SIA WAS HAVING PROMOTION IN JANUARY!! Each flight fare costs only approx $280!

DAY 1 IN HONGKONG

We started our day in Hong Kong with Good Hope Noodle 好旺角面家 to fill our tummies before continuing the rest of our day 1. Four plates that costs HKD146 which is rlly affordable!

Continued with our day and they bought mango smoothie from the place where I "borrowed" their restroom from! I don't eat anything that has got to do with mango but according to my family, this is rlly good! Anyone who's there might wna try it! :)

Checked into our hotel at Royal Plaza Hotel, a 5-star hotel located above a shopping mall, MOKO! It is convenient as it's walk-able distance to a few stations namely Prince Edward, Mongkok and Mongkok East MTR. Besides having its convenience as one of its plus-point, the interior design would make one not wanting to leave the hotel room at all!

Just look at their bathroom! There's a blind beside the bathtub - family-friendly! I couldn't rlly capture the shower area. It's a small area behind the bathtub with lotus shower head on top. My favourite kind of bathroom!

I had my nap as I was feeling unwell. I had only an hour of slp before this trip so I was down with a bad flu! Felt so much better after my nap and off we went for dinner at Hungry Korea. It's a small eatery but the food is rlly good! I'd definitely go back if I were to visit HK agn!

DAY 2 IN HONGKONG - MACAU

We spent one full day in Macau, a place where I haven't been to during my previous trip with Z! Started our day at Kam Wah Cafe for breakfast! Boy, it was so good that we ordered quite a lot for 4! Some weren't pictured because we were busy eating!

Collected our cruise tix at the booth. Be sure to bring your credit card if not it'd be a tiny bit troublesome because they'd need most of your details before you could collect them!

Be sure to visit 大利来记猪扒包 in Macau, if you haven't, because it's one of their signature snacks there! Of course, not forgetting Portugese egg tarts but sadly, we didn't come across any Portugese egg tarts during this trip T_T

Hmmm, honestly this pork bun isn't what I'd go for during my next trip to Macau because there's bones everywhere. I prefer boneless meat because I'm lazy like that! So I had only a few bites before I pushed everything to my family. Thankfully, they ordered only 2 buns to share! It's also very very oily which erm, I dislike... I don't mind eating food that contains oil (because, yeah! Which good food doesn't?) but this is rlly too much :/ Sorry, but no! I'd say it's rlly for tourists lah but once is enough!

We visited almost all of the casinos there in Macau. And erm... For every casino that we visited, I had to show them my passport for identity check because I'M TOO PETITE TO MATCH WITH MY CURRENT AGE!

DAY 3 IN HONGKONG

Lunch at Tim Ho Wan near IFC Mall.

Okay, sorry I take back my words! It's getting longer and dry. I shall update Day 4 to 7 in another entry instead!

Time to catch up on my show! ;)

  1. Besides having their all economic instruments and facts for future predictions, they seem helpless to make a good plan for coming crises. Queen of England asked the same question to the economist.! search flights
